When you flat deceive your partners and customers about a service and then don&#039;t do a good job of fixing it, that&#039;s more than just bad pr. They&#039;re damaging the momentum they had in the public eye and with brands. Hopefully, they&#039;ll get their act together soon and fix things.</description>

Is there anything as bad publicity though? Facebook is probably loving this.  I&#039;m sure they&#039;re getting a lot of press even if its for something that the users disagree with.</description>
