		<description>Thanks for the kinds words...I will confess, the reason I&#039;m so transparent is I&#039;m hoping someone might come along and teach me what to do!! This is new ground we&#039;re traveling, so there&#039; no way I could possibly know what will work best. I&#039;m trying to start a conversation...I hope more marketers will join.</description>
